The graphic work represent the medieval village of Chiusdino in Tuscany. Foreshortening of an alley in the historical centre within the "citadel". The neighbourhood boasts the majestic ruins of the Abbey of San Galgano - "The Saint of the Sword in the Rock" - and the chapel of Monte Siepi, where the saint was buried. |
